Health and nutrition are strongly emphasized at our Rehabilitation Centre in Solan. Our staff includes nutritionists who create a well-balanced food plan and assess the patient's nutritional status. There are two stages to our therapeutic method. The first one is detoxification, in which we rid a person's body of drug residue. We concentrate on educational and skill-development activities in the second phase. The ability to overcome addiction is improved by participating in these skill-building exercises, which include yoga and meditation sessions.
