The 10th July 2023 episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) opens with Abheer waking up startled, sprinting down the corridor calling Akshara, and hiccupping frantically.
In the meantime, Abhimanyu chases after him and inquires about his well-being.
Hearing the noise, more people surround Abheer, and Manjari orders Abhimanyu to take Abheer to the hospital because his hiccups won’t stop.
Abhimanyu notices Akshara waiting at the door with Abheer’s blanket as he turns to take Abheer to the hospital.
Akshara approaches and turns to face Abheer with affection.
Abheer is relieved that Akshara has arrived to take him home in the meanwhile.
When Manjari approaches her, she is asked why she is there and told that if she wanted to come, she should have called first.
She is interrupted by Abhimanyu, who informs Akshara that Manjari is simply worried since she arrived so late in the evening.
They are informed by Akshara that she has come to give Abheer the blanket since he needs it to sleep.
After becoming enraged, Abheer tells Akshara that he does not want it and flees.
Manjari explains to Akshara in a meaningful way that Abheer has rejected it because he won’t be able to adjust it if things from his past continue to interfere with his present.
Though, Aarohi
Abhinav tries to spot Abheer, but Akshara informs him that he is dozing off.
Later, while they keep glancing back in hopes of spotting him, Abheer sees Akshara and Ahinav leave from the window.
After some time, Manish and other people are waiting for Abhinav when he and Akshara get home.
Manish is informed by Akshara that she has switched places with Abhimanyu and is currently feigning illness in order to see Abheer.
Manish explains to her that although every parent has the same emotions, they all express them in different ways.
Manjari advises Abhimanyu at Birla House not to give Abheer’s old possessions because they won’t assist him progress to a new location.
As Aarohi approaches him and informs him that this blanket will only serve as a little bandage over a very deep wound and can only offer him limited consolation, Abhimanyu still appears perplexed in response to Manjari’s advise.
She challenges him to try to picture Ruhi’s feelings in the event that she is made to live with strangers.
While Aarohi assures Abhimanyu that he is doing his best to help Abheer feel at home, Abhimanyu responds that this is not enough because Abheer wants his mother and the situation is extremely stressful for him.
She warns him that he will soon become someone who has abandoned his parents and that Abheer can only find happiness with Abhinav and Akshara.
Akshara is restless in her room.

Later, while lying in bed and contemplating Abhinav and Akshara, Abheer places pillows on either side of him.
The following morning, Suhasini assigns Muskaan the duty of leading Aarti, but Muskaan suggests that Akshara take the honours since she sings the best Aarti’s if she doesn’t mind.
When prompted, Akshara apologises to Suhasini and informs them that she would no longer sing the Aarti.

Asks Pandit, “Abhinav Sharma?” Your dad’s name is Abhinav, according to Mahima, because upbringing always triumphs over birth.Abhimanyu Birla, so says Manjiri. The Pandit commands them to place the kalash and extend their hands. The kalash is set. No matter what anyone says, Abhir believes that my dad’s name is Abhinav Sharma. Kairav says I’ll visit them, so I shall. Manish claims that they are devastated. Abhir isn’t sharing anything with me, and Abhi claims that our friendship is also over. What should I do?
