If you are cleaning upholstery, you should first spray the spot with water to make it damp. After that, you can rub your hand over the spot to get a better feel for it. After that, you should let the stain dry completely. When it does, you can use some dry cleaning solution to remove the stain. If you don’t have access to dry cleaning, you should use a combination of warm water and baking soda.
