Vanilla Cultivation Land Preparation
Before planting vanilla vines in the field, prepare the field well for sowing. For this, prepare pits at a proper distance in the field. And fill these pits with old rotten cow dung manure mixed with soil. After this, the cutting is covered with manure and leaves by placing them on top of the ground.
There should be about 8 feet distance between two cuttings so that the vines of its plants can spread easily. Vanilla Seed Sowing
Sowing vanilla seeds can be done in two ways. In this process, the first method is cutting. And the second is planting seeds directly. - After planting the vanilla vine in the field, neem cake, dung manure and earthworm manure must be applied to the plants to get nutrients. And the yield is also good.
- Then, for planting vanilla plants in the field, water must be given in intervals of two days by a fountain or drip method.
- Apart from this, mix 1 KG of NPK in 100 litres of water and sprinkle it.
- Vanilla vines have to be distributed properly in the space prepared in the field. The height of these vines should be at most 150 cm.

Both fruits and flowers are obtained from their plants, in which the fruit is like a capsule. And the dried flowers are more fragrant.
